1. Payment Method
Beckham Trips operates worldwide and accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Because payments are made at the time of delivery, refunds are processed only in cases of defective or damaged items as described below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Products purchased through third-party sellers or resellers.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request.” Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.

5. Inspection and Approval
After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will proceed with a replacement or refund (as applicable).

6. Refund Process
As Beckham Trips operates solely on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued in one of the following ways:

  • Replacement: We will send you a new product of the same value.

  • Cash Refund: In limited cases, a refund will be issued via local courier or money transfer, depending on your region.

Refunds may take up to 10–15 business days to process after approval.

7. Exchanges
If your product qualifies for an exchange (for example, if it’s defective or incorrect), we will arrange to send the replacement item after receiving the returned one.

8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear images of the damage when you email [email protected] so that we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly.

9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at [email protected]. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery without valid reason, Beckham Trips reserves the right to restrict future orders.

10. International Returns
Customers outside our main delivery regions are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
